About Jeff
Jeff Gallanty is an accomplished supply chain executive with more than 30 years leading large-scale distribution, transportation, inventory, procurement, and network optimization operations. He currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain for Wolseley Canada, responsible for end-to-end operations supporting more than 220 locations and 3,000 associates.
As Jeff transitions to advisory work full-time at year-end, North Shore Supply Chain formalizes a track record built over three decades of hands-on operating roles. The practice is actively engaging new clients and partnerships now.
Jeff has led network optimization initiatives, distribution center operations, transportation and fleet management, inventory transformations, working capital improvements, safety and culture programs, mergers, integrations, and facility consolidations.
